Spinach – from garden to plate

The garden season this year has only just started but we’ve already been able to harvest rhubarb, spinach and herbs. Last weekend we harvested young organic spinach leaves in the morning in our vegetable garden and and in the evening enjoyed them as spinach ravioli with a mushroom sauce.
